The International Research Center for the Arts (IRCA) invites artists from both inside and outside Japan as fellows for its artist-in-residence program. Using a studio at the Kyoto University of Art and Design (KUAD) as a base, the artists are expected to freely create and display their works and to organize workshops or lectures for our students.
